We manage all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Pinterest. We'll recommend the best platforms for your specific business goals and target audience during our discovery phase.

We charge 6% of your total monthly ad spend as our management fee. This is separate from the package price and ensures our incentives are aligned with your success—the more you scale profitably, the more we earn.

Example calculation:

• If you spend $5,000/month on ads → Our fee is $300/month (6% of $5,000)
• If you spend $10,000/month on ads → Our fee is $600/month (6% of $10,000)
• If you spend $20,000/month on ads → Our fee is $1,200/month (6% of $20,000)

The ad spend is paid directly to the platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), while our management fee covers campaign strategy, creative development, optimization, and reporting.

Paid advertising typically shows results within 2-4 weeks as we optimize campaigns. Organic social media growth takes longer—you'll start seeing engagement increases in 30-60 days, with significant follower growth by month 3-6. We focus on sustainable, compounding growth rather than quick spikes that don't last.

All packages require a 12-month annual commitment, billed upfront or in quarterly installments. This allows us to properly implement your strategy, test and optimize campaigns, and deliver meaningful long-term results. Annual contracts also give you the best pricing—typically 15-20% savings compared to month-to-month rates. After your initial year, you can renew annually or switch to a month-to-month agreement at standard rates.

You'll receive comprehensive monthly reports (weekly for Growth and Enterprise packages) covering all key metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, ad performance, ROAS, cost per acquisition, and more. Enterprise clients also get access to a real-time analytics dashboard. All reports include actionable insights and recommendations for continued growth.

Absolutely. We provide all content for approval before publishing. You'll have access to a shared content calendar where you can review, request changes, or approve posts. We typically require 48-72 hours for revisions to maintain our posting schedule. For time-sensitive content, we can work on shorter timelines.
